Brothers and Sister, Enclosed above is the PDF flyer in regards to the ACTIVE AND RETIREE SUPPLIMENTAL BENEFIT PLAN Local 359 members and retirees have been offered since 2017 when we were unsuccessful in retaining Retiree Health Care and Retiree Life Insurance . Many of our higher service members and retirees have selected to participate and purchase Life Insurance plans as well as some retiree benefits from them. The premium free benefit has now increased to $2500 and I had to resign the paperwork for the increase in coverage to our members to take effect . With that , National Income Life will be sending information once again to your homes for the notice of the increase in Benefit and new options available to our members and now most recent Retirees . They have asked us to supply a MAILING LIST OF ACTIVE AND RETIRED MEMBERS AS WE HAVE DONE IN THE PAST. THIS MAILER WILL BE SENT ON IUE-CWA LETTERHEAD IN AN IUE-CWA 81359 ENVELOPE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THIS FREE SUPPLIMENTAL BENEFIT OR ANY INTEREST IN THIS PROGRAM PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FROM BILL STACKMAN........ we have agreed to wait 2 weeks before providing addresses.

President Patrignani has RENEWED the contract with National Income Life Insurance Company (NILICO) to offer our current and retired members a premium-free life insurance policy now worth $2500. NILICO will be sending a mailing to the homes of our members with the necessary information and enrollment forms, which will be sent using an IUE-CWA Local 81359 envelope and letterhead. If you choose to fill out the forms and enroll in this program, a representative from NILICO will contact you to finalize the policy and also offer to discuss their other insurance programs and products. Otherwise, NILICO has stated that your information will not be shared with additional third-party-vendors.
Understanding and respecting the importance of our members' privacy and that our members may not be comfortable allowing their personal information to be shared with a third-party-vendor, I have created an email address in which our members may opt-out of having their information included on the list of addresses shared with NILICO. If you would like to have your name and address removed from being shared, please send an email with your name included to OPTOUT@Local81359.com and I will remove your name from the list to be shared.
